Kelly Ezell has been promoted to manager of Joe Wheeler State Park lodge, restaurant, marina, and lake side cottages.  Kelly, her husband, and two children reside in Rogersville.  Kelly had previously managed the marina.  During an interview with Kelly, she noted that Joe Wheeler State Park is "the" place to go for your vacation or overnight retreats.
